  • We use the United States Postal Service. 
  • Your first cozy will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail at a flat fee of $4.80
  • For multiple cozy orders, shipping is via USPS Priority Mail flat fee box of $9.80
  • If your order is outside the continental United States, we may need to change the amount, please email us for specifics. Note that we do not have a "handling charge".  

Forms of Payment

PayPal is our preferred method for VISA transactions, use our online shopping cart. Personal checks are ok with proper pre-printed information and sufficient time for clearing the bank. Make checks or money orders payable to C.D. Richesin, in US Funds, please.

Laundering Instructions: Each cozy comes may have different laundering needs.  As a rule, most of the covers are not washable but are "Scotch-Garded" for protection against accidental tea splashes.  If they have removable linings they will be listed as such.  Some of our cozies have a special space age thermal lining and will need extra care.  This lining was proven in our test kitchen to keep a pot of tea HOT for over 2 hours.  If our customer feedback is positive, we may consider making it an addition to all our cozies.  Please note, trims, ribbon colors & bead accents may vary.
